Marjorie Taylor Greene is not a particularly smart person. She has lots of energy and lots of rage and lots of self-entitlement issues that she works out to the detriment of our society. She also represents the screeching fascist wing of our country. Whether she is harassing Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg on the streets of Washington, D.C., or harassing elected official Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez while in D.C., Greene is willing to do and say just about anything that will keep the demon voices quiet in her head.

On Wednesday, video began circulating of Greene talking about something-something-Jan. 6 committee blah blah blah. She was on OANN’s Real America with Dan Ball, blathering away as people like Marjorie Taylor Greene tend to do. Since Rep. Greene is one of the elected officials suspected of having had more than a superficial role in the events that led to an attempted coup d’etat in January 2021,it’s unsurprising that she is screaming about how unfair an investigation into it is. However, her inability to stick to her simple projection talking point—that the Democratic Party is the fascist regime, and not the minority Republican Party that represents less Americans and wants to take away the voting rights of millions of citizens.

In the video, Greene exposes a little-known fact: Speaker Nancy Pelosi has a “gazpacho police.” I know you are thinking, Walter, you need someone to proofread your post, you clearly meant to write “Gestapo police.” No, kind reader. For one that would be a redundant set of words, and for two, according to MTG, these police are cold, vegetable-based, and delicious on a hot day.
